jim simpson Posted January 2, 2012 Share Posted January 2, 2012 I'm new to this so forgive me if my question sounds too simple. I've installed a Venstar 2491T7E Thermostat and have my ISY-99i connected to a PowerLinc Modem 2413S-QS. I've gone into the UD Administrative Console pushed "Start Linking" and have then pushed the set button on the Venstar Thermostat. The ISY-99i finds the thermostat, but states at the top of the page for the thermostat "14.68.23 - Unsupported Device:5.14". It shows "current state" temperature, "setpoint temperature" and offers the option to change "thermostat Mode" and "Setpoint up 1 degree" and "Setpoint down 1 degree". When I press one of the options to change the settings, it changes on my computer, but when I go the the thermostat, nothing has changed. Can anybody help me as to what I'm doing wrong?
