Please try the 4 and 4 second as outlined in their documentation:

1. Link Management->Start Linking

2. Click on the EZRain's Set Button for 4 seconds

3. Wait for EZRain's LED to stay lit

4. Click on the EZRain's Set Button for another 4 seconds

5. Click on the Cancel button on the Linking In Progress dialog
