Is it normal to "Only" have either "Beep Durration" or "Backlight Level" option (No On, Off or anything else) in the Insteon action settings for certain insteon devices such as:

 

IR Transmitter (2411T) only shows Beep Durration

KeypadLinc Relay (2486S) only shows Backlight Levels

Not by my experience

The 2411T is a Controller only device. Like a ControLinc. There is nothing to turn On or Off.

 

The KeypadLinc Relay Primary load control node should have On and Off. KeypadLinc Secondary buttons cannot be controlled directly with On and Off. These buttons have to be Responders in an ISY Scene and turn the Scene On/Off.
