Should you see anything in the admin console Restoring PLM?

I ran the Restore Modem/PLM connand to try and rebuild the links to help restore state information but the command seems to complete instantaneously with no evidence that it did anything.

Is it supposed to show any kind of progress when that command is run?

Yes, there are many Progress bars during a Restore Modem (PLM). Does the Current State column show any state information? If this column is completely blank the Admin Console has to be restarted. If the task that pushes data from the ISY to the Admin Console has some problem any Admin Console function involving Insteon traffic will not look like it is running.
