8 button keypad showing only 7 buttons

Recently, shortly after upgrading ro 3.1.17, i replaced an 8 key keypad using the instructions to replace a device. i just realized that only 7 buttons now apper in the ISY and the 8th button, which orginally controlled a ver large scene (virtually all lights off) does not control anything. i did device restore wih negaative resukts please advise.

Question: was the 8 button KPL added using firmware v. 3.1.17?
