ISY-99 issues

Featured Replies

Just installed my ISY-99 and it seems to be acting up, it's always offline, I reboot it, and then it goes offline after a few minutes. Already added a switch, it took a while to finally show up in the ISY-99, now I am trying to install a Fanlinc module and it;s just not showing up. Help!!

"offline"? Please elaborate.

Last I checked, fanlink was not supported. You will have to wait a bit longer for this.

If i click on "tools", "Diagnostics", "System status" is reports back that it is not Active

Also the status of my one and only switch is not being shown on the Admin console.

What does PLM Info/Status show in the tools diagnostics tests?

PLM says "19.84.CD v99 /Connected"

I installed another switch and the ISY-99i cannot find it. I connect via mobilinc and i can see the device but it does not show up on the ISY-99 admin console. Everytime I check the console it says that it is not active. Do I have a defective ISY-99?

Are you running any Firewall or Antivirus programs?

If you are. What software is it?

Remove the power from the ISY, pull and reseat the SD card. See if that changes the Status to Active.

Pulling the SD card and re-inserting seemed to fix it, Thank You Very Much!!!!

Every now and then the SD card becomes unseated during shipping and handling. Post again if needed. Thanks for the feedback.
