Posted April 21, 201213 yr Hi, I am very new to the isy99. Having a great time learning here. I have a question though,I would like to recieve a text when my garage door is opened. I can have it send email when it opens, but my cell phone provider is not listed in the notifications tab. Is there a way to manualyy add my local cell provider so I can send text. Ken
April 22, 201213 yr Hi Ken, Welcome to our forum! Yes, most providers have email addresses for their services. So, for instance, SMS to Verizon used to be: your_phone_number@vztext.com .... Who's your service provider? With kind regards, Michel

April 23, 201213 yr I am interested in this too for Rogers in Canada. These kinds of things are usually available with a simple google search. I tried "rogers cell phone email to text" and quickly found: 10-digit cell phone number @ pcs.rogers.com Give it a try. Hopefully this will work for you.
