Problem with Dusk/Dawn on Motion 2420M Rev 2.2

I have 2 2420M rev2.2 that I linked to isy. The both seem to detect motion just fine however the Dusk/Dawn sensor never seems to get any value. The value is blank, ie not On or Off. Even after sitting in a draw for 20 min., or sitting under a lamp for 20 min.

 

Using isy 3.2.4

It should also be noted that the Dusk/Dawn message is not sent while the motion sensor is ON. So if you had a timeout set for 1 hour, sticking it in a draw for 20 mins would not cause Dusk/Dawn to be set.
