ISY died?

 My 1 month old ISY has apparently died. The light on the power wart is lit and I measure the output-it's about 5 volts. But there are no lights on the ISY-either the RX,TX,Mem,Error lights or the activity lights on the ethernet network jack. No amount of powering off/on will show any signs of life. The unit feels a bit warm-like it has something running. Smarthome is sending an exchange unit. :)

drw,

I am so very sorry to hear this. From what you are describing it sure seems that you need a new unit: ISY-26 should never be warmer than the room temperature.

Again, sincere apologies for the inconvenience,

With kind regards,

Michel
