GUI Status is not updated accurately

Its me again. I've been experimenting over the weekend with moving access points and the ISY/PLM for better signal strength, as I was having communications problems intermittently (request failed on querying system status).

I am now getting good results, and scenes and commands are properly triggered and lights responding. However, the status on the GUI "My Lighting" is unreliable. I can trigger our "evening" scene, then walk around and turn off those lights. Some are properly reflected in the GUI and some are not. A query to a particular device resolves the issue - so maybe I need to add more access points or filters.

The house has about 45 SwitchLincs, 5 ICON relays for ceiling fans, 2 KPL, 2 AP, 3 Signal Lincs, no X10, a PLC for HouseLinc and PLM for ISY (the PLC is by the computer, the PLM is now in the network closet with an access point piggybacked).

Is my best bet to add a couple of Acess Points, or should I focus on filers for TV's and PC's - or both. Does a DLP TV cause interference? Even when off?

When I am doing this testing, TV's are off, stereo is off, and I'm alone in a quiet house, no CFL's on, no washer or dryer running.

Looking for suggestions....

Try unplugging everything in the house. What you cant unplug turn off the breaker if possible (as long as there is not an Insteon device on the circuit). If the problem still exists you eliminated everything you unplugged etc.
