Unable to restore a backup

Michel, I have tried the procedure 2 or 3 times with the same results. I select Set User I.D. and Password. I enter admin for both. I select OK and get a confirmation. When I go to the menus the only one selectable is exit or diagnosis. However the only one that works is exit. I'm going to try a factory reset. Wish me luck. On second thought I decided not to do a Factory Reset and contacted UDI instead. Is it possible to send the ISY to UDI for repair?

Thanks again Michel. One question, I had the X10 module on my ISY, is the module part of the backup I have? If not, how do I restore it on the replacement ISY?

Finally, I still haven't received the Google Checkout email.
