Mobilinc Connect

After adding this to my ISY - is there supposed to be anything on the 'Configuration' \ 'Portals' page? Currently, the page is blank.

 

The reason I'm asking - since I added this module, I've seen instability (periodically - the ISY stops listening for TCP connections - the Web UI dies) and I am concerned that this module installed incorrectly.

 

This is related to MobiLinc on one of my android devices now not working - every time I go into settings it hangs up and eventually force closes. Again - only did this after I enabled connect on the ISY.

 

Does anyone know how to remove it - just in case?

Hi Michael,

 

The Portal tab should remain blank for now.

 

Please send your Error Log to support@universal-devices.com. I really do not think the problems you are having is related to MobiLinc connect.

 

If you are using Conductor as your Mobile application, it's a known issue with Conductor and the author is no longer active (unfortunately). Actually, in some cases Conductor might cause ISY to work overtime and things will be rather sluggish (bombarding ISY with nonsensical traffic).

 

If need be, we can deactivate the module for you.
