Energy Monitoring

I have the ISY99 pro running 3.2.6. I recently installed some Insteon iMeter Solo modules. I seemed to be able to to link them to the ISY99. The modules show up on my device list and I see power and accumulated power when I click on the device. What I don't see is an electricity configuration tab under Configuration. After reading through the online wiki, it seems that the electricity configuration tab was part of the energy monitoring module. However I no longer see such a module available when I go to help-> purchase modules. Is this something that's no longer available? What I would ultimately like to do is set a base cost for electricity, so that when I access the ISY99 with Mobilinc on my iPhone, I get an electricity cost outputted. Unfortunately, I currently see no way to do this.

Electricity configuration tab is moved to 994 series and it's only use are for the following (none related to iMeter):

1. Smart Meter communications in case of 994iZS

2. Communications with Brultech meters

3. Open ADR which is only used for commercial sites
