I just had to replace my PLM module. I did a delete PLM, restore PLM, and then restore devices. I noticed in my programs I am not getting any of the "control" updates from any of my switches on or off. So, none of my programs are working since I am doing some basic programs while looking at if a switch control has been turned "on" or "off" . I did the event viewer, with the level 3. I don't have anything coming up on the window when I turn on any switches on or off any where in the house. All the scenes have been properly restored and are working. The only time in the event viewer on level 3 I see anything is when I use the web interface to turn on or off a switch. This did all work before replacing my PLM module. Did I get a bad PLM? I am running firmware version 2.8.16 and plm 2413s firmware v1.7

Win 7

Java 6 update 34

Avg Internet Security 2012

Anyone have any ideas on this?

Thanks...

Select Tools/Diagnostics/PLM Info/Status.

Verify connected and that the PLM address matches the new address.

Wrong sequence. Never do a Delete Modem (PLM). When the Delete PLM was issued it removed all references to the PLM. Issuing a Restore Modem (PLM) after that will not bring back the link records.

Go to a backup before the Delete PLM. Reboot with the new PLM. Then do a Restore Modem (PLM) to change all PLM references from the old address to the new address.
