DEGoodrich Posted February 29, 2008 Posted February 29, 2008 Is there a way to "Start" a program from the beginning? Simmilar to the "Stop" command. Instead of using "Run" which bypasses conditions and causes the prog to become true?
Algorithm Posted February 29, 2008 Posted February 29, 2008 Hi Dennis, This has been proposed several times. I'm not sure if it's on the list for future implementation or not, though I hope so!
d_l Posted February 29, 2008 Posted February 29, 2008 I think all programs, if they are enabled, are running (evaluating their conditions) at all times and hence they don't need to be "started". A program's start would be when it is first saved to the memory or when it is re-enabled. ... or at least this is my understanding of how the programs work.
DEGoodrich Posted February 29, 2008 Author Posted February 29, 2008 I can not get them to start when I save them (edit/create), they also will not start if I enable them. When I create new Miltipart/Complex programs, I oftem have to "jumpstart" them.
Michel Kohanim Posted February 29, 2008 Posted February 29, 2008 DEGoodrich, I am not sure I follow ... do you want to make the condition true? With kind regards, Michel Is there a way to "Start" a program from the beginning? Simmilar to the "Stop" command. Instead of using "Run" which bypasses conditions and causes the prog to become true?
