mindsprings Posted September 22, 2012 Posted September 22, 2012 I have followed all the instructions, read many pages on the forum with no luck. Just acquired IS-994i/IR-PRO, connect to the network and it fails to get an IP address (I can tell by checking the DHCP table) no mac address, nothing. Brand new unit, tested and checked all cables, replaced cables, changed router, change hub, changed computers. Lights display no error, MicroSD is well seated. Without this unit all my other devices are just dumb terminals. Should I open a ticket to get the unit replaced? And if so, can it be tested before shipping? Thanks

mindsprings Posted September 22, 2012 Author Posted September 22, 2012 Correct. I have even placed a network sniffer.. I can see the lights activate but it will not fetch an ip or even a mac address. Thanks for your prompt reply.
