I created a gmail account for them and entered their gmail account into the Recipients Tab. when i press test i get an error " Mail server failure " ( AUTH LOGIN not accepted ) Any thoughts? Thanks
Xathros Posted October 10, 2012 Posted October 10, 2012 The Auth failure is on send to the SMTP server. Did you enter the Gmail account info for SMTP ? -Xathros

porboy911 Posted October 10, 2012 Author Posted October 10, 2012 Okay I have entered the Demo account " isyalerts@gmail.com" and still same error. The ISY is forwarded. I can remotely log on, I port forwarded 857 just incase. Not sure why I am getting an error. Thanks again
