I created a gmail account for them and entered their gmail account into the Recipients Tab. when i press test i get an error " Mail server failure " ( AUTH LOGIN not accepted ) Any thoughts? porboy911 Posted October 10, 2012 Author Share Posted October 10, 2012 Okay I have entered the Demo account " isyalerts@gmail.com" and still same error. The ISY is forwarded. I can remotely log on, I port forwarded 857 just incase. Not sure why I am getting an error. Thanks again Link to comment
