raptor Posted November 2, 2012 Posted November 2, 2012 I'm trying to add 2 new switch that I just purchased and get the following error for both. [Platform_errors--80004][insteon_errors--10](1D B1 E6 1)[-200000/-10]. Everything else seems to work good. What could be the problem.

LeeG Posted November 2, 2012 Posted November 2, 2012 Every device User Guide describes the process for that particular device type. Usually involves pulling the Air Gap for at least 10 seconds to remove power. Then press the Set button all the way in for some amount of time. The device User Guide (link to User Guide is available on every device sales page on Smarthome) covers the exact process. Without knowing what type of device it is the process could be very different as not all devices have air gap switches.
raptor Posted November 2, 2012 Author Posted November 2, 2012 Here is the trace. The device is a dual band switchlink dimmer. LeeG Posted November 2, 2012 Posted November 2, 2012 The SwitchLinc is an I2CS device. Move to 3.2.6 Official release or 3.3.3 Beta for I2CS support.
raptor Posted November 2, 2012 Author Posted November 2, 2012 Thanks. Upgraded to V.3.2.6 and it solved my problem.
