I just received the new Insteon Leak Sensor Model 2852-222. I can't get it to link with my ISY-99. I have activated the LED to blinking and the system appears to find the device and tries to add it to the ISY. In the end it fails with the message - node not added - failed restoring device.

 

The LED is blinking during the entire operation. The sensor is located within a few feet of a PLM and other Insteon switches.

 

I am using 2.8.16. Is this the source of the problem?
