Is this correct?

Elk Area 'House Main' 'Arm Up State' is Armed with Exit Timer includes Elk Area 'House Main' 'Arm Up State' is Armed Fully

It seems to prevent one of my programs from executing during the exit timer period, I must include this logic:

If
   Elk Area 'House Main' 'Arm Up State' is Armed Fully
   And Elk Area 'House Main' 'Arm Up State' is not Armed with Exit Timer

My initial understanding was each ELK status was unique, but it appears some statuses include others. I wonder if there is a link to a detailed explanation what each status means/how to use them?
