Email & Telephone dial options

Is it possible to give us the option to pick an email or telephone, from our Email configuration list, to use in the programs?

I can see the need where we may want the system to send an email in one case and call a phone in another case.

It will surely be possible ... this has been one of the requirements (right after SSL) that everyone has been asking for and it shall be part of our triggers 2.0 release.

Hello AnthemAVM,

 

We are going to provide the capability of using different email addresses for different situations. We are hoping that there will be a web service that can call a phone simply because, based on our investigation, designing a new DTMF/voice interface does not have sufficient ROI for us to pursue.
