Having the Garage Door Trigger a few lights

Good Morning All!

 

I feel like this should be a simple question, but I can't figure out one little rule I want to add to my program.

 

I would like to have a couple lights to turn on when I have the garage door open between sunset and sunrise.

(I have a I/O linc installed).

 

What I can't figure out is how I can program that "if" the Garage Door is already up/unsecure, I don't want anything to happen.

 

Any suggestions?

A simple program such as follows will work:

 

If 
Time is from sunset
To sunrise (next day)
And control iolinc sensor is switched on

Then
Turn lights on

Else
