jwshome Posted December 27, 2012 Posted December 27, 2012 I've tried running the Admin tool from the link indicated as the best way to access it (http://www.universal-devices.com/99i/3.3.7/admin.jnlp) and I am getting a 'page not found' error. Tried turning off my firewall and still got the error. I assume the problem is on my side, but on the off chance that it's at your end I thought I would post this. Any idea what is causing the problem?
Brian H Posted December 27, 2012 Posted December 27, 2012 No probably not your side. Web site has a problem. That link is not working at the moment. I get the same error for the dashboard also. If you use its IP address from your web browser. You should be able to see it. Though you will get a automatic update failed message as its web address is also not working.
jwshome Posted December 27, 2012 Author Posted December 27, 2012 Yes, I am getting the 'update failed' message as well, although now I can get into the app itself. Thanks for posting - I am also having intermittent wifi problems (unrelated) and not knowing about this was making the debugging a little harder.
