2486D - one LED will not light

Hi,

 

I have a new 2486D and all of a sudden the B LED will not light. The button functions and my ISY reads it as on or off, but the LED will not physically light. I did a factory reset after unlinking the B LED, but to no avail. Could this be a hardware failure?

If the button LED did not toggle On/Off after the factory reset (before the Restore Device) it is a defective device. If it works after the factory reset but not after a Restore Device the device will have to be Deleted, factory reset and added back to the ISY.

This was the case. I just spoke with Insteon service and a replacement is on its way.
