After enterning learning mode in my ISY 99i IR Pro, I can't seem to get any remote control button pushes to show up in the ISY interface. I have tried a few different remotes including a Harmony One and Sony TV remote (play, pause, volume up/down, channel up/down). I have even tried holding the remote a few inches from the front of the ISY. Is there a chance the IR receiver is not working properly? Am I doing something wrong? Do only some remotes work? I have searched the forums here and haven't found much regarding IR learning issues.

Please choose RC5 remote codes such as those for Phillips and Marantz. Please do let me know if you are still experiencing problems.
