  1. I had the same problem had to open a ticket and Michel fixed all this afternoon. The cause was an error in updated Python library on the 27.
  2. here is what I used in PG2. For PG3 do i need to add the app_key and what is its format for the api_key what is its format APIKey ?
  3. I did this a few years ago for PG2, What am i missing? Setup new key in ambient weather. have an application key and the new key i called Polisy. What do I enter for key and what do I enter for value. I assume enter the key in the key location and in this case nothing for value. 4. Tazman Looks like it has been fixed. See from Michel below. Have not checked it yet. Found the issue and fixed it. Please click on Admin Console | Configuration tab | Upgrade Packages. Once you hear 4 beeps, reboot Polisy.
  5. I have the same problem after the update yesterday. Entered a ticket and Michel started working on it. Looks like python moved from 3.8-3.9 and now no files in site-package under python 3.9 directory. If you look for pip it only shows up under the python 3.8 directory.
  6. JTsao Thanks that got it. Had to refresh in the network resource for each one and then in the programs reload the lines with the TTL calls. Now working. Thanks
  7. I have tried the following: 1. tried to refresh each network resource line and resaved, no good. 2. tried to delete and then reenter the network resource information for one of the lines. No good. Still working on it This is used in communication between CAI WEB control and ISY Wed Control to ISY works fine ( using Web Control Program) ISY to Web Control not working after change (using isy nework resource) I will fiigure it out or us Web Control in Nodelink
  8. Moved to ISY on Polisy, last remaining item to figure out in using network resouces to directly control webcontrol Cai outputs. Here is what i have used in the past with ISY994 (first Picture). Not working after migration in my programs and the test button on the bottom of the summary page is grayied out (second picture). I have tried completely recreating the entry but still no go. Re-enter autorization to check, this did not work. Eric
  9. Completed my migration to isy on polisy. All went smoothly for insteon, some minor problems with ISY on Polisy, pg2 and PG3 and port numbers (80, 8080, 443, 3000), somehow missed the need for these setting in my preperation. Setup with old ISY had no port numbers entered, reading default was 80. Took me a while to realise I had to add 8080 to the ISY /polisy ip address in nodelink. Once I figured that out smooth sailing. All zwave items reset and reinstalled and software updated. Only have the zwave front door to finish. Thanks everyone for the instructions.
  10. The wiring diagram is in the serial PLM guide. Just three wire's connected. At 3$ this is easier that getting out the solder iron.
  11. thanks for the response. Looks like I will need to make a new cable in the future.
  12. Looks like Polisy is moving along nicely in its testing phase. I have two 2413s PLM's (main and backup) I want to make sure they will work with my Polisy in the future. If I need a USB version I will need to purchase while still available at Smarthome. Thanks for the input, Eric
