Some questions I can answer: · Button A Keypad2 is a RED link · Each red link and Root have been configured individually (See images attached) (BTW there is a third 6 button keypad in the scene, but same issue) · Each keypad is a 6 button keypad · Here is what happens when Button A is pressed on each Keypad – Between each Keypad test, the scene is turned off on by pressing ‘D’ on Keypad1 and Keypad Button Illuminations are cleared on Keypad 2 & Keypad3 by pressing the OFF button on each. Does the fact that when Button A on Keypad1 is pressed and Scene#1 is executed, that Button C on Keypad2 and Keypad3 are illuminated provide any clue to my problem? Again, thanks for everyone’s time. Thanks lilyoyo1 for the response. A couple of thoughts: · Toggle Mode – I purposefully used non-toggle so that Button A would set the lights a one level, Button B would set the same lights at a different level, Button C another level and Button D would turn all the lights OFF. If using Toggle mode is the only solution to using two keypads to control one Scene, then I am willing to try this. · Multiple Scenes for each Keypad Button A – I wish there were some way to ‘copy’ and edit a Scene before each Insteon device’ link table is updated, e.g. Two Scenes, same responders, one Scene for Button A Keypad1 and one scene for Button A keypad2. As far as I know, if I wanted four keypad Button A’s to control the same lights, I would need to add each light to four scenes and assign one button on each keypad as the controller to each scene. Huge amount of work and it I add a device to be controlled, I would need to update each scene. So, my question is – Should each keypad in non-toggle mode, where Button A is a controller for Scene#1 turn Scene#1 on? This is not happening at this time. If this is a viable solution, I would like to take this approach for the reasons above. Any advice? And thanks again for the response

Attached is the AC element list for Scene#1 · The responder levels for all of the controller buttons is “ON” - Button A for both Keypad1 & Keypad2 are controllers of Scene#1 · Buttons B, C & D in both keypads are set to turn OFF when Scene#1 is ON · Button A Keypad1 does not cause anything to happen to the Keypad2 buttons. · Scene#1 causes all kitchen lights to turn on 100%. · Pressing Button A Keypad1 causes: o All kitchen lights to turn on and Button A is illuminated o Buttons B, C & D Keypad1 are not illuminated (This is what I want to happen on Keypad2 o Buttons A, B & C on Keypad1 are illuminated · After turning Scene#1 OFF in ISY AC o All Buttons on Keypad1 and Keypad2 are not illuminated (This is what I want) o Pressing Button A Keypad2 § Does not turn Scene#1 ON (All kitchen lights ON 100%) § No buttons on Keypad1 or Keypad2 are illuminated Scene#1 settings20220114.pdf

Current values: · Integer variable “Guests” value is 1 · For Program Folder “GUEST” the IF condition is “$Guests is 1” · Within the Folder “GUEST” is a program “Guest_Run” where the THEN statement is ‘Set FamRm Lights’ On Situation: When I run a program that has no IF conditions where the THEN statement is “Run Program ‘Guest_Run’ (Then) – sometimes the program within the GUEST folder will run, sometimes it will not run. The Folder Condition for the GUEST folder is not consistently/accurately allowing or disallowing the program within the folder to run. Should Folder Conditions work correctly to allow/disallow when a THEN statement in a program within the Folder with the condition is called from another program? Any advice is appreciated and Happy New Year.

Ultimately something interacted with one of the node servers in my Polyglot - TotalConnect2. I was unable to remove the node server from Polyglot so Michael had to do this from his end. I removed TotalConnect2 from my ISY. Once Michael removed this node server from Polyglot, I was able to log into Polyglot again. I re-added TotalConnect to Polyglot AND turned-off my 'Security' package on my Orbi 850Router (Armor security) - Armor had been causing another 'login' problem with using PLEX media app through Sonos. So.. I would start by asking Michael to removes what you believe to be the offending node server from Polyglot, you removing the node from your ISY and make sure your 'security' app/firewall is working correctly with Polyglot and re-adding the node server to Polyglot. UPDATE - SOLVED Self inflicted problem. I had a program that would set the on level to 40% if the on level was > 40%. So, each time I attempted to set the on level to 100%, the program would run the 'then' section and reset the on level to 40%. Total newbie error. Sorry for taking the forum's time. Thanks

Thanks Mr. Bill Attached are the device addresses to help with reading the event file and the event file. To recap: From the Cloud Administrative Console device 51 81 6B the On Level change command to 100% seems to revert to 40% when the button is pressed. On device 50 82 8E - the same command is successful in changing the On Level to 100% from 40% Can anyone tell from the event log what the problem might be? Thank you Larryllix. Interesting - When I set the on level manually at the switch to 100% it works. Thereafter when I turn on the switch from the Admin Console, it turns on to 40% (the incorrect setting in the AC). Thereafter, when I turn on the light at the switch, the On Level is 40%. It appears the AC is rewriting the incorrect On Level when an ON command is sent from the AC.

This must be something with the insteon device. I tried the process on another insteon switch with success. I will pursue working on the insteon switch. It appears the the Admin Console is working properly. Thanks again

Thank you Mr. Bill for the quick reply. The current On Level is 40%. I set the On Level to 100% in the drop down and click the 'On Level' button to the left of the drop down, and the On Level in the drop down returns to 40% - no change. Ghosts in the machine? Thanks

Thank you. Deleting the iAqualink from Polyglot and reinstalling worked. I can successfully Discover Devices.

I get this error message in many circumstances when accessing Portal connected devices. The attached document details the issue when trying to 'Discover Devices' on the iAqualink nodeserver.
