  1. Has anyone checked out what happens when you attempt to use the 'Set Options' button on the motion detectors or input sensors? It goes into a write process for every device and it takes several minutes to complete.
  2. After updating to 2.8.10, all RF links were lost and had to be re-installed. Not sure why. Also, any writing to any single RF device (i.e. motion sensor) causes a write to ALL RF devices (other motion sensor and thermostat)??? I have no idea what caused this. Never happen with other updates.
  3. I have been communicating with a 2475S Switch for months and now it will not work. The errors I get when attempting to re-link it is: [-200000] Failed writing the highwater mark [n/a] [-200000] Node - not added failed removing links [14 C4 11 1] Is there somewhere that explains these errors more?
  4. Michel, Duh? I guess I didn't see the 'Run at Startup'. Thanks!
  5. Michel, As you enhance the firmware, "Have you ever considered an 'IF Condition' for the reset?" Something that can be used to run a program should a RESET occur? This would be very useful for establishing 'boot-up' scenes and help with troubleshooting. Something to consider??? If you know a method for doing this already, pleaase share. Thanks
  6. Thanks to all. I like the idea of a Query that excludes the sensors until I can figure out why they are triggering. Appreciate replies.
  7. Michel, Could you explain the 'QueryAll' and why it is even needed? It seems that some of my sensors are triggered when this runs at 3:00 AM and I can't determine why. Can it be eliminated?
  8. Thanks to everyone for the help.
  9. Michel, May be this should get documented somewhere? I appreciate everyones input. Thanks!
  10. You are a GENIUS!!! It works finally. So here is the method (should anyone else read this thread in desperation): SMTP Server = mail.bellsouth.net SMTP Port = 25 User ID = (leave blank) Password = (use email PW) From = ***@bellsouth.net (email address) Timeout (ms) = 1000 Use TLS = (leave unchecked) Thanks!!!
  11. Thanks for the input. Nothing like that in the log. Only -50001 errors. I am using exactly like what is in the Outlook setup for these email addresses. This is why am confused as to why this does not work when it works fine with Outlook.
  12. Just tried it with 587 and still no go.
  13. I just followed what works in my Outlook setup. It shows in the "advance" part of the setup that the outgoing port is 25 and the incoming port is 110. I will try 587 just to be sure and let you know.
  14. Thought so, thanks. No. Since my Outlook is working fine, I tried to use the same setting (ie, "mail.bellsouth.net", my acct name "...@bellsouth.net", my PW, port 25 and no TLS) also tried with TLS checked. Nothing seemed to be working.
  15. Running rev 2.7.15 and began using the notification. Set to 'default' and it worked fine for a 2 days. Now getting a 50001 error. So, tried using the gmail test and it works fine. Just can not get it to work with my bellsouth.net account no matter what. Tried everything for hours but just no go. Finally gave up and opened a gmail acct. Works but realy would like to know how to set up the bellsouth. I use Outlook and have no problems using bellsouth.net Has ANYONE got this to work with a Bellsouth.net account?
