    Start a Command prompt window rather than trying to launch from the Run dialog. Then type in the telnet commands. That should solve the Command window disappearance problem. Thanks, I am still having trouble getting started, when I typed in that command it came back that port was not available. Is this a custom line?

    Sloop, When I do the first step, and type telnet your.isy.ip 126, I see the window open then close quickly, any ideas? Thanks
