Power supply

UD Mobil suggested updating my workplace Polisy from 5.80 to 5.84. Polisy will no longer connect. Have rebooted - changed power supply When rebooting all 3 lights light for a second or so then only left light stays light and later a single beep. Portal stills says 5.8.0 disconnected. Any thoughts??

trying to set up Kwickset Zwave lock with mini remote so on activates lock and off activates unlock. I got to on to lock but can't figure out how to make off unlock Thank you!

Could my PLM have failed?

Updated to 5.7 and lost communication to keypadlinc and miniremote. All efforts to restore have failed. Deleted keypad (8 button) and can not add back - insteon engine not found Some help please, this is at work where I depend on these lights. Also lost all communication with Google and can't get z-wave to work in a scene.

Deleted Morninglinc and rediscovered saving old links working fine

no joy power cycle sorry but don't know the protocol

This morning I updated to 5.6.4 from 5.62 and noticed my morninglinc door lock wouldn't respond from admin console, yet it works fine from mini remotes and even reports correct status. Probably time to upgrade door lock,but this has worked well for me from I beta tested the original units. Any thoughts???

submitted ticket around 3pm, heard back from Michel, but so far still dead. Unfortunately I can't access the polisy, even says inactive in my router.

meanwhile none of my zwave devices can be controlled, at lest most of my insteon still works

Attempted to upgrade to 5.4.5 to install Z matter board rebooted got 5 beeps said i was still on 5.4.4 atempted upgrade again nothing happened can't find polisy. Unplugged several times left most light come on quickly and then all tree flash once and just left left light stays on tried repeatedly. Help???!!!
