  1. This happened to me once before. I backed up my isy, restored a backup before the upgrade. If this doesn't work, then you might have to go into your programs and put your devices back in. Joe
  2. Try using this from Michel http://forum.universal-devices.com/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=1103
  3. Have you tried clearing your java cache? It's always best to use http://www.universal-devices.com/99i/3.1.12/admin.jnlp (after clearing your Java cache, as per Michel.)
  4. Michel, would you be able to put into the elk an option to turn the chime on to beep/voice/off? Some people like to turn off the chime when we are sneaking out of the house so I wives don't hear us. Joe
  5. The security code is the code you use to disarm the system. Under configuration of the security system, make sure you have enabled checked. Power cycle the isy and elk alarm panel. Make sure your network cables are good. Sometimes they go bad on upgrades, not because of the upgrade, but it was just their time.
  6. Michel, I am on firmware and UI version 3.1.12 I followed the link to open the ISY and the outputs are still not visible. I checked in ekeypad on my phone and the outputs do show on it, so I know I have the show button checked on the elk side and it took. I tried upgrading from 3.1.12 to 3.1.12 again, that didn't fix the output problem i'm having. Update: If I login to elk through the http and turn on one of the outputs, it then shows up on the isy output listing immediatly. Only one problem, the name is "--" Joe
  7. You might have to use your ISP's smtp server. Im on cox and that is who i use. Couldn't get gmail to work properly. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. When I reboot the isy from the system menu, my programs tab doesn't display anything until I clear my java cache.
  9. Cleared java cache and it fixed the status output indicator. still having trouble with the outputs.
  10. Elk: Under configuration/security system/outputs, the status doesn't say on, it is blank. Also, I only had 2 outputs turned on with show checked. So, in the isy I can only see outputs 3, 41 and 65-208. How do I get the others to show? I checked them in the elk to show, updated it to elk, then rebooted the isy. that didn't work. Joe
  11. Upgraded to 3.1.12 and installed the elk module, I am impressed. The security system now has it's own tabs and it is very detailed. They have truely outdone themselves on this one. I would suggest everyone purchase this elk module who has the elk system. I can't wait to play with it some more! Truely worth the wait!

    Wait Function

When you use the wait command when the wait is over it reevaluates the if command. If it is now false the program stops. To fix do this Make a program that doesn't have an if statement then in the then put the wait statement the. Turn off the scene. Disable program so it doesn't run unless called and save In your old program instead of the wait statement just call the new program. It will run the wait then turn off the scene Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. When you use the wait command then the next time the program runs it re-evaluates the if statement and it is false so it doesn't do the next part. Instead of doing a wait you should call a different program and not have anything in the if and in the then column put your wait and the the light action. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  15. Try this Go to start- search Type cmd then hit enter Type ping 192.168.1.150 What is the response?
  16. Disable the program or put an additional if statement at the beginning saying if not equal to 31 oct then turn on lights Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Your not going to find an https setting you need to setup your isy as static ip address and forward the port your isy is using usually 9000 from the router to your isy. http://www.universal-devices.com/mwiki/ ... o_Your_ISY Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Thank you
  19. Is this possible to receive power from the PLM and not use the power adapter?
  20. 3. Not until they add java to it.
  21. Are you using static or dhcp? Is your last backup recent? You can try resetting with the reset button and restoring your isy but I would try that last. Try unplugging your plm from the wall and then replugging it back in and also check your network cable.
  22. Can you copy the program and paste here? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  24. A scene is something that has to be triggered which sets multiple devices on or brighten dim or off. A program runs based on an if statement and can turn scenes on and off. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. Can you post your program code here so we can have a look at it? Can you see the current state of the hallway light inside the web admin? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
