I'm looking for a satin deadbolt lock with a keypad and the ability to unlock/lock via insteon. I would also like it to have the ability to change the key like the kwikset locks. Anyone know of any?

Moshe, I wouldtry changing time servers and also updating your dns settings. My favorite to use is googles 8.8.8.8 since it's easy to remember. It sounds like your domain name isn't getting turned into an ip address. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I clean my java class after every install or backup restore So what if someone accidentally opens the start linking dialog. Shouldn't there be an option to do nothing? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

If I push Link Management->Start Linking. The red X doesn't close out the linking in progress. In order to stop the linking process I force closed the applet. When restarting the admin console the current state doesn't update. In order to fix this, Remove power cable from isy/99i and then you have to reinstall 3.1.9, then restore plm, then restore devices under the file menu. When you click these, you will not get feedback from the gui, but instead you have to open up the orchestrator console to see the feedback and the complete status of this command. Request the status feedbacks when deleting, adding, restoring plm, and restoring devices and any other commands that gives a pop up window be removed from the main html admin interface and have a secondary window to show the current status. The PLM would not remove. I would click on it and nothing happened. I downgraded to 2.8.16 and everything is working great now. Sent you a PM.

I was removing the PLM in order to try and fix my ISY current state. My IP address is static. I have removed symantic anti-virus and turned off the windows firewall and still receiving the same error. I'm guessing since no one else is complaining then it's not a firmware issue. I have contacted support so hopefully they can shed some light on the subject. Joe

I am trying to delete my plm modem from the file menu. It posts a menu of yes or no, I select yes and the modem doesn't get deleted. Also I did a factory reset on my isy and none of my devices were removed. The usernames/password was reset to admin/admin though. After the factory reset everything is working fine until I go to configuration->system and change the html role from admin to read only, save and reboot. Then the current state doesn't show again.

A while back we had a subset release of a version number, an A and B i believe. That didn't go too well and the forum decided to never do that again. Version numbers are plentiful, no need to a and b them. If they do release a fix for the log, I would suggest 3.1.9.

My ISY keeps losing the current state. I have attached a picture to show you. I have had this problem since 3.1.4. I am currently on 3.1.8. This happens mostly when I reboot the ISY. could this be a firmware issue? Update: Now I can not get the current state to populate. I can turn on and off the devices withing the admin control panel but that is it. I clicked restore devices and nothing opened up. I also clicked query from the main network and nothing happened. If I push query twice I get the error subscriber didn't reply to event: 1 [26] I also clicked restore modem and nothing happened.

When using devices on your isy network you would need to remember the actions you did just prior to the lockup. For example if you turned on a switch and that ran a program then the isy locked up. This would be what you would report back her. He would need to know the build of the programs that ran also. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

That would be great to have, but I don't think they can do that because when it locks up then no commands are being accepted I would think. You might want to print your error log and see if you can pin point why it locked up and get it fixed in a future build. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Michael, IR issue I guess was fixed with a couple reboots to the isy. It hasn't been messing up yet. I logged into the ISY again and no devices are showing their current state, my error log is here. http://pastebin.com/t6i5TBcw Joe

Michael Tried to reproduce this today, but can't achieve it. guess my computer was having a bad day that day or something. Also when lights are getting turned off the isy isn't getting the updated state. My bedroom light has been off for 20 minutes and it still shows in the isy as on. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Michael, I will work on the IR problem for you to be able to reproduce. On another note, when you change in configuration from admin to advanced, save and reboot the authenticate box opens and can't be closed in mozilla firefox 6.0.1 Joe

You would have to write a program to turn it on at 3 for one hour and during the times you want it on you would need to enable the program. Right now the isy doesn't let you select dates without a specific year. You can always uncheck daily and use the date there but it would only work for this year or the one year you selected.

Not sure if this is related or not, but this is what happened. I was on 3.1.6 and I could not get my query to query. All my devices said 9.0 ramp rate and I couldn't get anything to reset them. I did the following to try and fix in order. 1. Reset ISY 2. Reset PowerLinc Modem 3. Tried running Query Program Then from program menu. 4. Pushed Query on main network without anything happening. 5. Tried writing updates to devices and nothing happened. 6. Re-installed 3.1.6, did not fix it. 7. Installed 3.1.5 and it fixed it. What I remember doing before the problem occurred. Created some new scenes and deleted some. Moved the new scenes to folders. I'm trying to reproduce the error on my end, or hopefully you already knew about this. Joe
