  1. Hello raydoc, IOLincs do have momentary mode (A, B, and C) ... you can configure IOLinc by clicking on the Set Options button at the bottom of the main view for IOLinc in the Admin Console. Is this what you are referring to? With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hello matapan, Unfortunately you will need to do both: 1. Go to different URLs 2. Clear Java cache With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hello jmael, I am sorry for not being more clear: please contact OUR tech support the information for which you will find in my signature below. With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hello starmanj, It's best to have a scene. Programs for individual devices are going to take a lot of time and cause major network traffic. Alternatively - and IF AND ONLY IF - you just want to turn everything off, you might want to use the All Off. To do this, in your program choose My Lighting (or whatever you have renamed it to) and then choose Fast Off. WARNING: it has been reported that some thermostat versions respond to ALL OFF in an unexplained manner. So, you have to make sure your thermostats (if any) are not impacted. With kind regards, Michel
  5. SteveSBE, These are debugging information and are present IF AND ONLY IF you have the Event Viewer on the last level (Device Communications). With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hello SteveSBE, Most of these errors are benign and can be ignored. We have already put a fix in 3.1.10 to suppress those that are benign and only report those that are serious. With kind regards, Michel
  7. matapan, The difference is the source of the request. In the case of Safari, the request is made from the same device (i.e. your computer). In the case of ISY, the request is made from ISY to your computer and thus there has to be rules in your MAC that allow traffic from ISY to communicate with services on your MAC. With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hello mb323, File | Enable Internet Access is mutually exclusive to doing a manual port forward. This means that if you have already one a manually port forwarding, then in all likelihood File | Enable Internet Access will fail. The MAC issue is quite peculiar ... we will have to do some root cause analysis to figure out why it does not work. With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hello mb323, You have to be local to ISY for this application to work otherwise it will defeat the security purpose. Are you local to your ISY? With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hello mrxmas, Welcome aboard! A10/X10 module is basically a cosmetic module; i.e. you can name your X10 devices and you can refer to them by name. It also supports some A10 devices which may require different processing. In no case can you create X10 scenes though (scenes are basically implied in the node address). If you do not care about having named devices, then you can do all the programming without this module through the Programs tab. You can sense X10 signals for conditions and send X10 signals based on all other events available in ISY. With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hi mango, Please do be kind enough to keep us posted. If all else fails, please contact our support team and we'll help diagnose. With kind regards, Michel

Hello stef2, It shall be in our next beta ... hopefully within a couple of week. With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi Illusion, Apologies ... for some reason I completely and utterly forgot to respond to your original post. You should be able to restore IRLinc TX and ISY will "try" to restore both the link database as well as the IR database. So, hopefully this will fix the problems. With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi Tim, Please call our support ... this issue has been going on for too long and we need to figure out the root cause. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi Starmanj, Unfortunately you cannot increment/decrement LED brightness values. They will have to be listed one at a time in the Then block. With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hello jmael, This is a behavior that we have never seen before and thus it's quite difficult to diagnose remotely. My recommendations: 1. Go to Spotlight and type Java Preferences 2. In the Security tab, remove all certificates 3. In the Network tab, click on View Cache Files and remove each and every one If all fails, please do be kind enough to call our support so that we can log into your computer and see what's going on. With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hello kyeck, For MAC, in most cases a reboot is necessary to clear Java cache files. Alternatively, you can click on View Cache Files and remove them one at a time. Furthermore, you have to make sure that you are going to the correct URL, in this case, http://www.universal-devices.com/99i/3.1.9/admin.jnlp (or directly to your ISY's IP address). With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hello Gerard, Unfortunately we do not support this product and have no plans thus far. With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hi j0dan, Thank you. As far as logs, you can see all network errors/warnings in the error log. As far as logging everything that happens, it's a delicate balance between performance and logging. We have kept logging event to the most essential events (in the logs and NOT error log). In any case, I think we may have found the issue. Moshe, polexian is correct. Please make sure that if you have setup a static IP address, that it can access the Internet. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hi raydoc, If you are still having problems please contact our tech support team so that we can find the source of these issues as they are not normal. With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hello ergodic, Thanks so very much for the suggestions. I am hoping that 3.1.10 would help alleviate the subscription issues but I have my doubts ... do you have Avast? sanders2222, if you use the Admin Console or the Dashboard, closing it will log you off. If you are going to the HTML/Javascript page, then you are not actually logging in to ISY. You are just communicating with ISY and sending your credentials with each request. That's why when you are remote, we strongly recommend using HTTPS. With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hello easytim, Welcome! Unfortunately ISY does not work with any of the U (for USB) versions. You need 2413S + a power supply. With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hello jpjoe, Has the RemoteLinc already been registered in ISY? I do not think the problem is the PLM but the signal NOT reaching the PLM. The best test would be to plug an Access Point right into outlet where the PLM is plugged into and then try registering your RL very close to the Access Point. If this works, then the problem is that the signals are not getting to/from RL. With kind regards, Michel
  24. j0dan, Ok, now we need a little more specifics ... what do you mean by "accessed often"? How is it accessed? Accessed to query? Accessed through programs? Accessed physically? Is it the same exact bug where you lose the where the .REC become empty? What do you mean by "BETTER LOGGING" ... what was missing and what did you expect? Next release hopefully by the end of the week. With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hello mb323, That's quite odd. The only thing I can think of is that Java is using old certificates. Would it be possible to copy/paste the output in Java Console? If not, please try removing all the certificates in Java Preferences | Security and retry. Please do make sure that you ACCEPT when you are asked whether or not you want to trust Bouncy Castle and Universal Devices. With kind regards, Michel
