Interesting. I will grab a Zooz 12/24v RGBW controller and see how that works. Seems to be compatible with home assistant so that fits the bill!

I have one from Magnitude and one from HitLights. The look exactly the same. The Magnitude has a noticeable buzz when dimming. The HitLight does not buzz but it only dimms down to about 50% then it starts to flicker. Thought there may be something better.

Can anyone suggest a nice quality dimmable 100w 24v LED transformer that will work well with Instron dimmers like 2477D?

Sadly, I do not. I suspect as people unload their gear in favor of other offerings, I can pickup some spares. Would really have to move to RA3 after installing Insteon in my entire home a year ago.

ApplianceLinc wont power on. Anyone ever taken it apart? Any common part that seems to fail?

Its great. I took the plunge a year ago. I ditched Polisy in favor of it. I pull all my other devices in to it. So, ISY, MyQ, ecobee, anything z-wave (Z-wave just worked better for me in Home Assistant than ISY), cameras, unifi controller, logitech remotes, elk m1, an MQTT broker, rain machine, synology, shelly devices. I've got really nice dashboards made for both desktop and mobile. Lots of customization possible here. Much nicer interface than anything I found on the direct ISY side. HA seems to be the go-to these days. Lots of development. Lots of devices supported.

I need to remove Polisy from my environment. I had a few nodes setup. Can someone please offer best practice to get myself back to pre-polisy state?

My issue also seemed to be with Hue Emulator. But i really cannot pinpoint this as I removed my Polisy nodeserver from my network and moved to Home Assistant.

Thank you for these notes from the WIKI. It was none of these issues. Oddly enough my password was reset to admin/admin and the time zone was changed from New York to California.... I cannot imagine what is going on but would be happy to swap out the hardware if it is slowly dying.

now its back online and odly..the login credentials were reset. the login is now admin/admin neither mobilinc nor home assistant will connect....strange

I do not have portal. I have not updated in months. I do have polisy which strangely is still sending push notifications.

My ISY can be pinged from another computer. No programs are running. Cannot connect to admin console but the ISY launcher does see the device. Double click device and it asks for login and password. Three times it does not accept the credentials. Then it does and just sits blank. Power was on / off for a bit. Then I changed the power supply. Then it was on. Unit is a couple years old. Wonder if the ISY is dead. Any advice? Have an extra ISY....trying to avoid swapping and trashing the existing cause of the amount of work.

I could not find any threads regarding this node. I've attempted to enter all the config parameters but the node still shows as status "Disconnected" in poly web interface. I've added my log below. Not much to go by. The issue ended up being the Hue Emulator on Polisy. It was stuck in some weird mode. Restarting Polisy fixed it.

I have a similar issue that also manifests where when I open UDI Admin Console, it says "Maximum subscribes reached" This can only be fixed by rebooting ISY. Looked at router, uninstalled mobilin and reinstalled/ removed all devices and started from scratch. Not sure where to go next.

Ok shutting off HA fixed the issue. Not sure what is wrong with HA, but at least I know it's the problem .

Also my instance of mobi linc pro on my iPhone keeps saying "Mobilinc disconnected. Attempting to reconnect to ISY" I am also running: - polisy box also looks to be working - HA. Which looks to be working . Anyone ever seen this/ know a fix?

Got a voltage meter. There are two motors. One is 3/4HP the other is 1HP. They are both 240v 20 amp. The First 3/4HP motor is the main pool circulator. The second 1HP motor is the booster for the polaris pool cleaner. There is a timer that controls both. Then additionally, the Polaris has an manual on off switch. There also looks to be a low voltage wire that goes from the timer to the pool heater which runs on oil. I am by no means an electrician. So, looking at the suggestions, I assume I will need to remove all that is here and employ three insteon on off switches that will control relays for each of the three devices. Would definitely need a really nice outdoor project box for this. Would be great to have a separate compartment for the on off switches so that there is no exposure to the other wires.

I think you make a really good point. I should probably just run it for a set time after the lights turn off an be done with it....or just cap the program at 10 minutes of runtime... Either way, it was fun to write the program.

We have two switches in our bathroom. One for lights one for exhaust fan. When the light is turned on, the fan turns on. I would like to keep track of how long the light is on so that when the light is turned off, the fan stays on for the same amount of time the lights were on with a minimum of a 5 min on time. How will this respond to the door opened then closed then opened then closed again 30 sec later? Will the light turn off 1 minute after the first closure or the second?
