I was very unhappy to learn that the Dome ones are no longer made. They were awesome and I still have 4 left and worked perfectly!

Oh, there is a scroll up and down button at the very bottom beside where it says membership. IT IS VERY SMALL and you can only scroll to see 1 line at a time. Yes, it would be nice if the whole window scrolled or we just compressed the boxes some to create more screen real estate.

I don't really change them that often. At my office I leave it up most of the time so I can see the status of a certain thermostat I have to keep an eye on. I really don't want to grab my phone every time. Thank you!

I added a Venstar thermostat and may replace my other 2. However, the display on my laptop does not show the important things to set except in a very small scrollable window at the bottom of the screen. There are many cells showing useless items. Is there any way to get rid of the useless cells so the settings show on the screen? I have changed themes and font sizes, but the important stuff is still hidden. Thank you!

I just purchased one to try. I think it's a cool device if we can address the LED's individually.

After upgrading my Polisy to 5.8.4, my UUID has defaulted to a different UUID. It appears to have defaulted with mostly 0's. How do I fix that? EDIT: The upgrade stopped it from working at all. I restored from a previous backup and I have no Zwave comms. When I send a command, I get: "Request Failed" Under the Z-wave tab, it says "Zmatter Z-wave not responding"

Did this ever get solved? My RATGDO has been working great, but I did something stupid and upgraded all of the packages. I shoulda known better than to screw with it! My MQTT shows "Waiting on valid configuration"

@Jimbo.Automates do we know if the plugin will work with the M1G 5.3.3? I don't want to update and break something. I just ordered 2ea 7TS. I hope I'm not going to regret it!!

Mine is too, but the next schedule times appear to be correct. I searched the history and it seems that this problem existed last year also but clears up after the first day. It appears to be a UI issue only.

I've come across a need for a program and can't figure out how to write the IF statement. We have a long driveway without a view to the garage door and we ALMOST always close it without thinking about it. I have a tilt sensor on a garage door that is obviously closed most of the time. I already have a timer that notifies me if it is left open, but I would like to know before we leave the house. I want to run a program on the transition from open to closed but there is no option in that device for "changes and becomes" to qualify the event. I'm sure there is a way, but I'm having no luck making it happen. Ultimately, I am going to flash the driveway lights at the street a couple of times so we have verification the door closed. I haven't tried to add it to my EISY.

Yes, it has a Z-Matter installed in it and zwave is enabled (Zigbee and Insteon are disabled). There are about 25 other zwave devices that all work properly.

I had purchased a Polisy before the Eisy came out. I have since purchased a Eisy for use at my home, but I am using the Polisy while I can (until the Eisy is back in stock) at my office to replace the ISY994 I had there. The process of switching from ISY994 to Polisy was fairly trouble free except for this: I have had a Remotetec ZRC-90 that has been working perfectly with the ISY, but does not work with the Polisy. I excluded it and included it back, but is only adding 2 nodes (Controller and Wake-up). None of the 8 scene buttons are showing up as scene controllers like they did in the ISY. My Polisy is on 5.8.0 I'm not sure how popular this little ZRC-90 is, but it has worked flawlessly for 5 years or so. If not, is there another scene controller (battery powered) that is tested with the Polisy?

I have been opening it up in the morning to see if this error occurs. I don't think it is open for hours at a time though. I'll shut it down and see if it still shows up. Thank you!

For the last month or so I have been getting this error. It is on my ISY (5.3.4). It is getting more and more frequent. I have tried the following but the error keeps on showing up: Cleared Java Cache Deleted and reinstalled java Replaced microSD card (following procedure that is documented and restored from an old backup that was known to be good) Moved the ISY to the same network switch as well as a different switch Replaced ISY power supply Pulled out some of my hair. The error is: Socket Open Failed javax.net.sslSSLHandshakeException: Remote host terminated the handshake I know the ISY isn't really supported and I will eventually replace it with and Eisy, but they are backordered. Does anyone have any ideas what could cause this? Thank you in advance!

Thanks! I restored from a much older archive and it works fine. Something must be corrupt in the latest 2 backups that won't let it show the programs. I'll just have to recreate all of my newest programs and scenes.

Just to clarify- I'm running 5.3.4 and it acts like it is creating the program list, but it just stops and shows no programs.

I have a strange issue that started a few days ago. The ISY994 at my office stopped showing the programs in the admin console. They still run, but I can't see them. I thought maybe the card was going bad, so I swapped to another ISY and it is doing the same thing. I did restore from a backup and I have tried multiple computers. I have also turned off firewalls just in case. Any ideas?

THANK YOU! That did solve it! Yes, I had changed the name of area 1 and added some spaces to the beginning so it would center on the keypad display. I had not correlated the 2 events.

My ELK alarm only has area 1 programmed into it. I can connect to it from the ISY screen, but it shows me every area but area 1. I have refreshed the topology multiple times and still NO AREA 1. Is there any way to completely clear the ELK information and force it to download the complete setup? Thank you!
