Added Toggle Widget to iOS 1.0.7 and Android 1.0.11.   Behavior is the same as the default except Node Dashboard is now triggered from menu (3 dot) icons and no divider between top and bottom of tile.

Yes. UD Mobile can connect to multiple systems simultaneously without the need to switch between profiles.
Many users manage 2 or more systems.  If a system is disconnected it can be disabled in system settings to prevent errors being shown.

We have had few reports on Android of there being a space after the username or password.  It may be caused by auto fill. The next version of the app will trim whitespace from the username field.

The Node server replaces the connector value. Same with repeat value.
Why: The control tower database has "1" in for all codes.  So this allows the user to copy the entire codeset and not have to manually change the connector value.

There is a fire icon in "Weather Icons", other alarm icons in security icons.
We can add any icons from https://fonts.google.com/icons?icon.style=Rounded  (used filled, rounded) by request. Add requests as issues on github with URL of icon from fonts.google.

Delete the ISY in Portal, then add again.  You will have to accept from the Admin Console.

For the iTach its next to the power input at the bottom, for iTach flex on the top.  It has been sometime since I have used iLearn, but I don't remember it having need for module or connector, I think you might be using the program/setting for thier larger equipment which accepts IR receivers as a module.

It appears the app lost the portal link for your system.
Try Settings-Tab > Systems > your system.  Under Remote Connection Settings > Portal Account click the "Add" button.

Try Settings-Tab > Portal Accounts > Your Account.  It should prompt for login.   Will look into automatic prompt for login.

Based on your description it appears there is something triggering runThen on the program.  The variable did not change (based on timestamp)  and the program is true (last evaluation). Programs will evaluate to true if manually runThen and false for manually runElse until something causes a new evaluation.  So, if the variable is 0 and the program is true something triggered runThen.  This assumes the init value for the variable is also zero.
Historically program IDs were limited in ISY994, so they are reused after deleted.  If I had to guess I would say there is something triggering runThen on the current program or an old program with the same ID (Alexa, IFTTT, Google ??).  Does the behavior continue if you remove the IF condition from this program?

Thanks for the report.  I'm not sure how this happened, but the production store was pointing to the open sprinkler repo.   If this is was a new install please uninstall then reinstall so the correct parameters are populated.  Updated to version 2022.08.01

Yes, go to Settings-Tab > System > Your System > Program and Variable Setting. Save after setting is changed, synchronization is not required.

Connected Status in the picture is the connection status between the Node Server and Polyglot. States are connected, disconnected, and unmanaged. The status may show connected for a Node Server as long as the connection between Polyglot and the Node Server is not terminated. The Node Server may be able to communicate with Polyglot and show connected even when the Node Server is not "working".  An example would be a Node Server is started and communicating with Polyglot but still needs credentials for the service it supports.

You are correct that the instructions should be updated, these instructions are for firmware versions less than 5.X. Although the issues your having may be related to your other post were old Insteon links remain from manual or Insteon Hub Scenes.
For 5.X firmware only one Scene needs to be created and links should be adjusted. See the highlighted scene member from the folder structure for link adjustments
 
The Scene Links (all buttons off, except High button. Fan High), This setup will allow UD Mobile to control the fan scene with toggle (high/off) and keep buttons synchronized. Note that Scene Member calculation for UD Mobile should be disabled for all keypad buttons:
