I opened a ticket with UDI on thon this months ago and unfortunately, I'm just not gettin helpful responses. Very unUDI like. Anyway, I'm got issues with just about about every matter device I've tried to add to eisy. Then I tried to add a bunch of Smartwings matter over thread smart blinds. Same problem. They add to the system but no controls to actually operate them. Lastly I tried to a a matter over thread innovelli Dimmer. This just freezes while adding and never appears in the AC. If anyone has any advice, thanks in advance.

Are you on iOS? It looks like I’m on version 1.3 but I’m not seeing 1.3.4 in the App Store.

Ok, I assume I'm dense but how exactly do we access the new dashboard? I don't see a link to it in the eisy finder after upgrade. Also, the announcement said something about Homekit integration now be included--but what does this mean and how do we actually use it? Thanks!

Updates... I took down the unit and went through the process of of reflashing it with the newer version of the node server. That worked fine. However, I cannot get it to connect to the new node server (purchased). Log attached. They are on the same network. ratgdo_8-29-2025_62823_PM.zip

I'm at a loss. It's always been a bit flaky for me, but I cannot get it working at all anymore. It is correctl reading the door state in the AC, so it is connected properly and getting information through the NS. There's nothing to my eye that looks odd in the logs (attached). I've rechecked the wiring to make sure it's secure. It simply will not open/close the door though. Any help much appreciated. ratgdo_8-29-2025_53522_PM.zip

Mine has also stopped working. Except I didn't change anything like SHM. The AC seems to correctly read the state of the garage door and the light. However, open and close commands no longer do anything. Not entirely sure when this started but sometime in the last month.

A few more updates. I WAS able to add an EVE Matter over thread Outlet (hurray!). The I attempted to add a matter over thread Smartwings shade. In this case it was succesfully however, in the app and in the admin console, there is no way to actually control it (see pic below):

Hi @Javi. This is great news and I'd like to try it out but a quick question for you first. When i go to install the BETA, it warns me that I may "lose all my data". Assuming that relates to my configurations/favorites etc? I also couldn't tell if this is a generic warning or, in fact, that's exactly what happens when switching between production and test flight versions?

Ok. So it's not just me. Yeah I would love it if the UD app would accept a sharing code. As far as I can tell, amazon and Homekit don't generate sharing QR codes... just numeric codes.

Has anyone been able to add a Matter device to eISY that has already been added to Homekit or Alexa via a numeric 'setup code'?

Moving my question over to this Thread; Could we get an update on the status of the Matter/Thread rollout? To be clear, I've been around here long enough to know that UD works at their own pace, and I'm not asking out of impatience. But it would really help to know if their are updates coming in the near term such that we can stop spending time on work-arounds for the growing number of Matter and/or Thread devices some us have been adding to our households. It's my own fault... But I've got a painful mix of things that only work with Homekit/Alexa and others that work with UD. Anyway, just respectfully requesting a roadmap update.

I know this is an old thread but I just got the same error trying to add a Matter over Thread dimmer. Any updates on how to get around it?

Thanks Geddy. I did and Micael got back to Michel got back to me already. I had to Reinstall all plugins. That seems to have worked for all except the old PG2 NS (which I don't care about) and the Roomba NS for some reason. Still working on that one. Seperate but related, how to I clean up/remove those old PG2 node servers? I can't figure out how to delete them in PG3.

Yes I did. I even tried pulling the plug for a few minutes. No change.

Hi all. After updating my Polisy, all node servers are showing "Disconnected" and will not restart. What was odd to me is that I had already updated to 5.9.1 with no issues. I wasn't exactly clear what this new update was but somewhat foolishly just proceeded with it anyway assuming it was minor bug fixes. Anyway, I cannot get the node servers to start back up now:

I am considering this as well, given the coming price hikes. For those that have moved from Polisy to EISY, I'm curious is there's any difference in execution times. The Polisy and its predecessor have always an annoying lag when executing stuff via programs. I'm also wondering if it's reasonable to consider the potential increase in nodes and the Matter/Thread rollout progresses. That could mean adding many more devices to Polisy. Does EISY have higher capacity overall?
