  1. I have a ipod shuffle with latest firmware. A ISY-26 and about 25 insteon devices and a ezrain.
  2. Looks like it works on the ISY-26
  3. Same problem as other ISY-26 users with upgrade.
  4. I tried the suggestion given by Michel and it appears to work. Though it would be nice in the future to make the load sensing process built in some how. Thank you to both of you.
  5. It at least sounds possible. I'll try Michel's suggestion first since I've pretty much gone Insteon because of X10 problems. If it that doesn't work then maybe I'll try Mikes. I have one X10 device right now that is pretty stable so I might try setting the receptacle up as one if that's what it takes.
  6. I have Load Sense enabled on a Insteon receptacle. When it goes to a on state I want to be able use that to trigger a program. So far the only way this has worked is if I do a query on the device and it then detects the on state then runs the program. Is there any way to do this query within the ISY programming?

    DST Switch

I like it better that way.

    DST Switch

Thanks Michel. I read that post way back when and forgot about it. Having to do it manually twice a year isn't to bad. At least the legislators didn't decide we should do the change once a month or something. I better shut up so I don't give them ideas

    DST Switch

I wasn't sure if anyone else had noticed it. It didn't until I noticed things that should have come on at sunset didn't

    DST Switch

I noticed today that the Sunrise and Sunset didn't adjust until I did a sync of the clock to my pc. The time had adjusted automatically.

    Date ranges

Can I specify just the month and day and it will apply to every each year going forward?

    Date ranges

I just didn't look well enought. Thank you.

    Date ranges

I looked and haven't seen this capability and maybe its there and I can see it, but if it isn't would it be possible to add date ranges as conditions for a program to run. I was thinking about this in respect to my sprinklers. We shut them down during the winter and instead of manually disabling them it would be nice to simply set them up so they do run during certain dates.
  14. I did a device restore and everything works including the scenes. I think I'm set now. Thanks for the response and pointing this out.
  15. I didn't to a device restore, but I've not been able to reproduce the problem either, but I've done a few things since then so maybe I cleared it. I now have a new issue. My scenes no longer work. When I turn one on it doesn't turn the lights on that are in it like it did before. I can control the individual devices in the scene
  16. Lets say you have scene 1 and it has a device A in it. Now you have a scene 2 and you have a device B in it. If you go to the scene 1 settings and you set device A to a level of 50%. If you go to scene 2 settings and look at device B you'll see it has also been set to 50%. If you had another scene 3 and a device C you would find it also set to 50%.
  17. After I saw they were not right. I created a new one and it was okay. So I deleted the ones that were broken and recreated them and they were okay. So I did a backup and restore to find out if that did it and found that they were messed up again after the restore. I found out later if I re-installed the firmware it fixed the broken ones. So my best guess right now is the restore breaks them and re-installing the firmware fixes them.
  18. I deleted and recreated my scenes and backup and restored and they work until you restore when all the scenes are loaded as 50% and a rate of zero and all the first devices are attached together across all scenes and the second to the second and so forth.
  19. I noticed on my scenes if for instance I change the on level and/or ramp rate on the first device in the scene it changes the level and/or ramp rate on all the first devices in all my other scenes. The same happens if you change the second device it changes them on all the second devices and so forth.
