Favorites set as default first screen?
Works for me too. Thank you!

Favorites set as default first screen?
@Javi Using this thread on Favorites to ask if there's an intent that I can use to launch the Android favorites widget? Background: I'm using Tasker and AutoNotification to display often-referenced data from my ISY (see screenshot). On that notification, I've included link to launch Agave in the past and have now added UD Mobile. So far, I haven't figured out how to go straight to my Favorites from the link (e.g. launch the favorites widget). If you or another user has another idea on how to jump straight to my favorites from Tasker, I'd appreciate it!

Status vs Control
It's ALL about semantics!
-
Status vs Control
For my comprehension, "Event" would be a better term than "Control".

100 Packages Available for Update
@JimboMine is showing 2.2.11 but the Polyglot log is still not showing correctly in the UI. There are no new packages showing and I've tried restarting and rebooting the Polisy.

100 Packages Available for Update
@Jimbo From the CHANGELOG: Fix to create link to default debug.log name Fix Download Log Package to include debug.log data instead of soft link. This is NOT the fix for the log not showing the UI. Correct?

Suggestions for reliable plug to monitor dishwasher?
I forgot I have one of these on my dehumidifier. It IS reliable. Maybe the reason I forgot about it. ?

Suggestions for reliable plug to monitor dishwasher?
I discovered my new dishwasher has a standard three prong plug instead of hard-wired like the one it replaced. It made me think about adding a plug to monitor energy use. I have several inexpensive z-wave plugs now around the house, but given the fact that access to the dishwasher plug will require pulling out the dishwasher, I'm looking for suggestions and experience on a plug that will last a long time. My use case is primarily to send notifications when the dishwasher cycle is complete, but monitoring energy use during different types of cycle would be an additional benefit. My thanks in advance for thoughts and advice.

Enabling 2FA
Agree! Until then, I'll use LastPass to generate nonsense passwords with 2FA.
-
Enabling 2FA
I'll take 2FA over browser weaknesses any day. Interesting related podcast I heard today from my friends at Daily Tech News Show called Know A Little More on the FIDO Alliance: https://dailytechnewsshow.com/2020/11/05/about-the-fido-alliance/ Here's hoping that someday we can get rid of passwords entirely!

Enabling 2FA
I agree email and SMS are not secure two-factor methods. Using an authenticator app is. https://www.nytimes.com/wirecutter/reviews/best-two-factor-authentication-app/ Banks should be using it but cost and customer pushback keeps them from implementing. We'll all be happy when a really secure replacement for passwords comes along but just like door locks and keys, they are necessary.
-
Enabling 2FA
If 2FA is implemented via SMS message, then I agree it isn't much of an improvement due to the risk of man-in-the-middle or sim-swapping. When implemented using an authentication app, it's a PITA but definitely more secure.

Zooz Z-Wave Plus S2 Double Switch
@asbril Back to the Zooz ZEN30 Plus S2 Double Switch, I bought one for use in a guest bedroom. How are the nodes showing in your Admin Console? I'm running 5.03 and this is what I'm seeing: The Dimmer Switch and On-Off Power Switch nodes look as I would expect but Binary Switch shows a status of "Off" no matter what the state of the device, Status on the Basic Control 2 node is empty and Scene Button screens show nothing. Does yours look any different? Are you able to get the Dimmer Switch to work as a controller for an ISY scene?

Context-aware Alexa with an ISY
I tried again to set up my fans like above but I am unable to give a second fan the same spoken as another, let alone third, fourth and fifth, like I have. I DO use Fan Alexa Category so I can set speed rather than just on an off. Seems odd that it would allow switch to have the same spoken for more than one switch and not allow it on fans.
-
Context-aware Alexa with an ISY
Maybe I'm misunderstanding. When I attempt to name the fan in every room "fan" in ISY portal, it says "The spoken "fan" is already in use".
-
Context-aware Alexa with an ISY
That's my question too. I tried removing all of my devices (which messes up all routines referencing them BTW so I don't recommend it) and still I get the pesky question from the A lady: "Which one do you want?"
-
Context-aware Alexa with an ISY
@lilyoyo1 Would you mind sharing how you accomplished that? I just tried going into the Alexa app and created groups named after the rooms with the devices in each room. When I ask for ceiling fan or fan to be turned off or adjusted, she still replies "which one do you want?"
-
Context-aware Alexa with an ISY
I believe it only works with lights. I tried in the past to get it working for ceiling fans and my televisions and AV systems in various rooms but was unsuccessful.
