Update: finally got email working again. Got the ATT smtp server configured correctly. And seems to be working well on both ISYs. Thanks to all that helped. Harv

The home ISY is on ATT and the cottage is on CenturyLink. Both have TSL checked. I get an error if I uncheck it. 'Unsupported protocol'. Everything was working fine until pm 3/15. I'm going to contact ATT and see if can get there server working. The email appear to be going out as I am not getting any errors.

Ports 465 and 587 for smtp. Those ports work for my email client. I think I have the AT&T smtp configured correctly now. But still no luck. I can send emails between my comcast, gmail and att account but still nothing out of the ISY. Not seeing any errors in the ISY. Also I don't see anything in the log.

I have a att modem in passthrough mode and a Tp-link archer a7 router. The ISY is attached to the a7 router. Everything is working fine except for the isy email. Email was working fine until yesterday evening. Both my home and cottage ISYs appear to have both stopped sending at the same time. The more I think about it I am believing it's an issue with the comcast server. I tried setting up the AT&T server but I think I don't have the correct settings. I appear to be getting all my other email just not from the ISYs. They do send when the test button is used in the email configuration screen. I always used the default server but it quit working when I went from comcast to AT&T. Probably because it has a 1k timeout. I had to set it at 10k to get comcast to work. I've rebooted everything but no change. I think the solution will be getting the AT&T smtp server working. Thanks for the help.

Thanks for the reply. I did that. And I am getting the same results. Strange that the test email works but nothing from the programs.

Don't know what's going on here TEKEN. Can't get gmail to work either. I'm going to reboot everything and see what happens.

Both of my ISYs have stopped sending emails. Last one received from both was yesterday. I can no longer use the default mail server as of a few month ago. It just times out most of the time but will occasionally get an email out. I have been using the comcast server but had to set the time out up to 10k to get it to work reliably. Now however the test button in the server settings will work but I get nothing when I trigger an email from a program. I tried setting up the AT&T server but the test button doesn't even work with it. Is anyone else having these issues or is it maybe my AT&T internet service. Seems odd both ISYs would stop sending at the same time. TIA

Does/Can Portal trigger program when there is no internet?

I figured it out. I must have an issue with the internet connection at the remote site. I set it up on my home ISY and it triggers the program on the remote ISY. Go figure. Thanks again -

I have been trying to get this to work on my remote ISY. For some reason I can not trigger my timer program via network resources or the browser. URL looks correct. I've gone through everything several times and get the following when I test from network resources. -
You can try to add it with the new PLM and not delete the old one. That would make the transition easier. I do building automation for Siemens and previously for Johnson Controls. Very familiar with Andover.

No procedure. Just swap it out with a new one. If it doesn't work then delete the EZIO8SA and re add it. That should do it.

One possible cause could be line noise frome the lights. Once turned on the line noise interferes with comms. Had this issue a couple of times. Try removing two of the three lights from the program to see if which one is the problem. If you use incandescents line noise is less likley.
