  1. I cannot seem to find a way to “clean up” Alexa by deleting old scenes. After modifying scenes in the ISY portal and rediscovering them, duplicate scene names appear within the Alexa app. Upon using voice to trigger said scenes, Alexa responds with, “There are multiple devices with the name xxxxx, please give your devices unique names and start discovery again.” Deleting devices and spoken names within the portal makes no difference. Any advice would be much appreciated.
  2. This is excellent news. Things can only get better from here. Thanks Michel. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Yes. It is pretty impressive. I have no problems with the way it is currently working. I would much rather state the word kitchen and have all of the lights come on than have to state them individually when I do want them all on. BTW off works the same way. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. No groups at all. When I state just the room name, she seems to defer to the "scene". Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. I also have 3 sets of lights in the kitchen. "Kitchen Table" "Kitchen Counter" and "Kitchen Island". I also have a scene called "Kitchen". If i tell Alexa to turn on each one with its given name, she abides and only turns on that given light. If I say "Turn on kitchen" she turns on all three lights. It seems as if many of us are have different results in the same situations, weird. I would think the problems would be more uniformed, but that is not at all the case. This scenario works exactly the same with my "family room" setup, Three sets of lights, three separate device names. When "Alexa turn on family room" is stated she turns on all three. When I ask my wife or children to turn on the lights they never seem to come on. Lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Mobilinc is an outstanding app which Wes has done wonders with. I personally have never used the mlconnect portal. I've have gone the "port forward" route from day one, and use an email account, specifically created for my Isy, to send text messages to my iPhone. This works perfect in my situation. In my opinion, losing custom push notifications, is a small price to pay for the enormously increased functionality you gain, if you already own an echo. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
