Micro Open/Close Module for Whole House Fan
Teken The 2444-222 is an Open/Close relay module used for motor control. Supports up to a 2.5 Amp motor. http://www.smarthome.com/2444-222/INSTEON-Micro-Open-Close-Module/p.aspx I think you are referring to a 2442-222 which is a Dimmer.

Keypad Question for Vacation On/Off
A Restore Modem (PLM) rebuilds the PLM link database from the information the ISY is maintaining on the link records that should be in the PLM. The process will eliminate duplicate and no longer used link records. I do not know which internal ISY file contains that information and it does not matter.

Soaker Hose Set Up
Each EZIO8SA relay has a max rating of 3 AMPs. If the three valves together do not exceed 3 AMPs then they can be connected to one relay. You will need a 24V power supply to drive the valves. Each EZIO8SA relay has a CM (common), NO and NC connection. One side of the 24V power supply goes to the CM connection. The NO goes to one of the valve wires. The other side of the 24V supply goes to the other valve wire. The location that carries the valves carries the 24V supply. Simple plug in transformer.

There is one ISY Scene, below the ISY Scene name are four ToggleLincs as Controllers (shown in Red) and with one of the KPL buttons (A,B,C, or D) as a Responder (shown in Black) for each ToggleLinc?

Remove device
I do not have a 4.0.5, looks like it was called Remove back then. What happens when Remove is selected?

Scene Turns on Device not in the Scene
The PLM has 2A.74.1C in the Scene. Delete the Scene and redefine.

Keypad Question for Vacation On/Off
Suggest doing a File | Restore Modem (PLM). It sounds like the PLM has lost the link records for that KPL.

Make sure the device is not in a Folder before selecting Delete of Primary KPL button.

FanLinc - Reverse
The FanLinc has no reverse option. Some fans need to be stopped before changing direction. My fans would require a double pole relay to reverse direcion. I change direction twice a year. Not worth the effort to do it here.

Time based lighting control using the 2420 Motion Sensor
From the initial post "i have tried with and without the parentheses" The parens are not needed in this case since all the statements in the If are Anded. The Programs works the same with or without the parens.

The KeypadLinc link database can be rebuilt by a right click on Primary KPL node and select Restore Device. If something has happened to erase some of the link records this will put them back. Would not be normal to lose link records but it is a possibility if there are no comm issues.

Time based lighting control using the 2420 Motion Sensor
The second Program If needs a change. It should be (same day) rather than (next day). If ( From 6:00:01AM To 10:59:59PM (same day) And Status 'Master Bathroom / Master Bathroom Lights' is Off And Control 'Master Bathroom / Master Bathroom Motion-Sensor' is switched On )

Pressing the button itself uses the KPL firmware to turn the button LED On/Off. Move the X10 activity in the Then clause as the last action done in the clause. Click on the Scene name "Mstr Bedroom Keypad (B)" and make sure the On Level for the B button is set to 100% On. Do the same for Scene "Front Door Light". With two Scenes not turning on the button LED it does sound like comm issue. Is the KPL on the opposite 120V leg as the PLM? Could be a coupling issue getting signal to. opposite leg.

Try putting the Wait 2 seconds after the X10 activity in the Then clause as it is in the Else clause. Even better move the X10 activity as the last thing done in the Then clause. If the X10 activity is not causing the problem it sounds like a comm problem between the PLM and the KPL.

How to assign "scene" to a button on KeypadLinc Dimmer in ISY
The ISY IR model supports RC5 IR protocol and it is line of site. There are IR repeaters available that would allow an IR remote to send IR messages to the ISY in another room. Smarthome carries these repeaters. Item # 59501 is an example.

Keypad Question for Vacation On/Off
That indicates the KeypadLinc does not have good comm with the ISY. The Folder should change from True to False as the KPL button is turned from On (100%) to Off. The False Folder Status would prevent the Program(s) under the Folder from being triggered. Run Tools | Diagnostics | Event Viewer at LEVEL 3. Tap button G On and Off and see if the On/Off messages are being received. The Off message should turn the Folder False.

How to assign "scene" to a button on KeypadLinc Dimmer in ISY
espann MWareman has covered the solution. The 99i was discontinued more than a year ago and has now gone past End of Life status. Nothing past 3.3.10 runs on 99i. Several newer Insteon devices cannot be installed on a 99i including the newer KPLs. Need to upgrade to a 994i. MWareman posted the link to the UDI sales page with the update information at the bottom of the page.

How to assign "scene" to a button on KeypadLinc Dimmer in ISY
Note that the newest keypadLincs are not understood by the old 3.3.10 ISY firmware in case the KPL does not have the expected buttons.

Keypad Question for Vacation On/Off
The Program will trigger as True and run the Then clause only at the exact From time. The Program will trigger as False and run the Else clause only at the exact To Time. Go to the Programs | Summary page and check the Status and Last Run Time columns for when the Program was last triggered and what the Status (True/False) was. If under a Folder that is checking a KPL button Status also check the Folder Status for True/False.

IOLink Sensor / Trigger Reverse
If the combined NO and NC switch is the Seco-Larm-3 use the Black and Red wires. Remember to turn Off Trigger Reverse option. The switch connected to the Red and Black wires is open when the magnet is next to the switch.
