  1. Thanks for the input, Geddy & Javi. I certainly know little to nothing about the internals of node servers, but just trying to follow up on Javi's comments: From the Event Viewer I can see the following command(s) is issued when I 'open' a shade from the ISY. Fri 06/17/2022 07:31:35 PM : [D2D EVENT ] Event [n003_036b4412] [ST] [100] uom=97 prec=0 Fri 06/17/2022 07:31:35 PM : [n003_036b4412] ST 100 (uom=97 prec=0) which is a bit different from the DON and DOFF commands that I see with the ELK node server. But again, the above command sequence may be completely normal for an OPEN of a shade through the Bond node server. And as for the Hint value, from looking at the Node screen for the Bond node server in PG3 each node has a value in the Hint field. The Primary Node for the Bond Bridge has Hint: 0x010e0100 and all 8 Shade nodes (non-primary) have Hint: 17040640 I don't know if these snippets are helpful or just noise in this discussion. As always, thanks for everyone's input.
  2. I have the PG3 Bond Node server running on my Polisy and all nodes are visible and working well in ISY programs. I have 8 Somfy shades so each node has the actions of Open and Close. On the PG3 dashboard, it is Connected and all appears well. But I would like to add spoken commands for each node (i.e. shade) through the ISY Portal using the Connectivity>Amazon-Echo interface. Through this interface I can see all nodes from my other servers such as ELK and Climacell Weather. All the ELK and Climacell nodes appear in the 'Device' list of the Portal>Connectivity>Amazon-Echo interface. I realize Bond has their own direct Alexa skill that could give me verbal control of my shades, but I would prefer to use the ISY/Alexa interface because this has been more reliable than most other Alexa skills I've used. And by sending all commands through my ISY Portal I have a better chance of my ISY Polisy knowing the correct state of my blinds. I can see and control these Bond bridge nodes through the UD Mobile app, so clearly the ISY Portal is aware of them. Has anyone else tried creating spoken commands for Bond bridge nodes through the ISY Portal>Connectivity>Amazon-Echo interface? Any ideas I should try? Appreciate any help.
  3. When trying to RESTORE, i.e. Import a previous backup, I can see the backup file but it is 'grayed out' and I am unable to select the file. I have entered and saved a system name, but no other info such as ISY Portal login and hit Cancel when prompted to Sync. But Restore will not let me select the backup file. This is on iOS and the file is saved to my iCould folders. I'm actually just trying to get my Favorites onto another iOS device. Any ideas or suggestions?
  4. OK, after much searching, I think I have solved my problem and restored UDAjax as my default interface web page.
  5. This evening my a couple of my lights failed to turn on per schedule, so I decided to reboot my ISY994. After a reboot, I could not get the home page for my ISY994 to appear. So I performed a Factory Reset using the reset button. Afterwards, I could connect to the ISY's web interface. I first go to the configuration tab and set a fixed IP address for the ISY. I then reboot and log back into the ISY. From there, I tried to restore my ISY using a backup from 2/18/2017. This backup also corresponds to the current Firmware version 4.5.4. The ISY restore appears to work properly, and just before it starts to reboot the ISY, I get an error message 'Network Configuration Mismatch' and it asks if I would like to switch from the fixed IP address I just set to a different fixed IP address. Regardless if I say YES or NO to this prompt, it appears to change the IP address to the new fixed IP that the prompt suggested. It appears to reboot normally. After the reboot completes, the PWR light remains on solid and no other lights are on or flashing. After this, I check my router and see that the ISY is using the new fixed IP address from the prompt. BUT when I try to login to the ISY, I'm prompted for the Login & Password and after entering the default login & password I get "/USER/WEB/DEFAULT.HTM not found" So what gives? What am I doing wrong? Apparently, I've just lost the 'default' user interface page. But how do I get it back?
  6. My echo has 111 connected devices and a couple of group items. I'm trying to figure out why echo doesn't recognize an Appliancelinc 2456S3 v.38 on my system. The Applianclinc is working fine through my ISY but I cannot control it with echo because echo doesn't find it. Any suggestions? Thanks
  7. My Amazon Alexa account and my ISY Portal Account are under two different names and email addresses. I've tried using the correct info in each page to sign up for the connected home feature but I get a blank page on http://alexa.amazon.com/partner-authorization/establishand when I go into my Alexa/Echo account - no new devices are found
