  1. Good to know. Will update soon.
  2. Thanks for the responses Lee. I managed to fix it, and here is what I did: I moved the wire for zone 8 to zone 7, and it wasn't turning on the valve. I got out my multi-meter and discovered a continuity issue in the zone 8 wiring (user error). I fixed the wiring issue, and then the valve worked connected to zone 7. I re-installed the wire to the zone 8 valve on the EZFlora zone 8 and it still did not work; the admin console gui did not indicate the valve was turned on. Just to be sure, I checked for voltage on the EZFlora zone 8 terminal, and there was none. I removed the EZFlora from the ISY, factory reset it, and re-added it to the ISY. Everything now worked on zone 8, both in the admin console GUI and valve actuation. Whew! Mark
  3. Thanks Lee. I was thinking if the pump configuration was the issue, that the valve connected to zone 8 on the EZFlora would then also be turned on (and show as on in the ISY GUI) when one of the other zones was active; Is that correct? When I turn on the other valves, my "zone 8" does not show in the ISY GUI as on, and the valve does not come on. If that is the normal behavior when set to pump control, then it could be a wiring issue to the valve. I can test this by connecting my "zone 8" valve to one of the other functioning zones. Mark
  4. Anyone???
  5. Michel, I am not able to turn on zone 8. I click "On" and nothing happens. If the status changed and it showed on, then I know I could have an issue with wiring between the easy Flora and my valve but I don't even see the status change when I click the on button in the ISY. I have confirmed operation of the other zones since resetting the device. Thanks. Mark
  6. Hi Michel, The fact that I am unable to turn on zone 8 is the UI problem? If that is the case, I would have thought I would have found other posts about this in my search before I started this thread? I only found old posts from 2-4 years ago discussing UI issues with pump control that were fixed. If it is only the UI that is broken for turning on zone 8, can I issue a direct command through a program to get it working? I hooked this valve up to my garden soaker hose, so it will not run as often as the other valves in the system. Thanks. Mark
  7. That did not work, unfortunately; I still have only 7 zones 2- 8. Edit: I noticed that now the top one is the zone 1, so I do have 8 listed, and now I have my seven zones working, but the last one zone #8 does not work. I am unable to turn it on. Thanks.
  8. Hi, I am having trouble getting my EZFlora to show zone 8, which I want to use as a zone, not the pump control. I saw an old post from an old firmware that showed the options as having two buttons; one to use the zone 8 as a pump contro, and one for normal zone operation. Here is a snip of my view of the EZ Flor and the options window: Thanks for any assistance.
