Per my support ticket, I used the Upgrade packages button in the config tab and all is now working fine.

I tried your suggestion and it didn't work. I will open a support ticket. The backup process gets to the point where a zip folder is created. The folder is empty.

When I try to back up I get this message: Could not parse the configuration file

I found the section of the cookbook and followed the directions to set up SMTP for Google. When I hit test I get this error message which is not listed in the cookbook section about gmail errors: Mail Server Error [[SMTP_ERRORS--1]]

You guys are very helpful. I want to set up notifications. Can you direct me to documentation to help with this?

I'm really not that bored. Trying to figure out why an insteon switch makes incandescent light flicker randomly. Figured it might be from comm traffic so I have put the PLM on my desk where I can see it. No activity on the Event Viewer at level 3.

Maybe 10 years. How much storage capacity does the SD does it need?

The default admin logon worked. Then I had to restore from a recent backup. What caused this? Do I need to upgrade to replace something?

LAN and Wifi are both up and running. Help!

I don't think it is the wiring or bulbs (incandescent) because the problem goes away when I put in a traditional toggle switch. Also, I have tried swapping Insteon switches and the trouble remains.

I tried a restore but it failed due to invalid config file

A few months ago I started getting random flickers on some of my lights. Today I opened my admin console and all of my programs were gone. Is my ISY failing? What else could be the problem. Help!!

Thank you Dennis. I had switched locations and was no longer using my monitor connected to my NBPC. The resolution was deleting the UDI files.

I followed the instructions for clearing Java and then loading the newer launcher. It has been working although when my PC is ideal it seems to lock up and I need to END the TASK and launch again. Now, however, when I try to launch Console on LAN, I get a spinning wheel and then the launcher freezes. What am I doing wrong? How can I diagnose this problem?
