I figured I would start a thread for this since it's getting mixed in with other topics.

I was away all weekend using my Sprint Mogul and had the following glitches:

From the Pocket Internet Explorer browser I would ocassionally get the following "The page you are looking for cannot be found due to unknown error 0x80072f78"

From my laptop using a tethered connection through the Sprint phone I kept getting asked to log in again, sometimes two or three times before the next page would come up. I don't know if that tells you anything but figured I would pass it along.

I do have a huge log of your activities on our ISY and I am going through it as we speak. The problem has been now narrowed down to a limited set and hopefully we can find the solution soon.

Since yours seems to work fine for some of us with problems on ours, do you think it could be related to older equipment or a less than perfect home setup? You're most welcome to access mine in any way you want. If you care to, let me know and I'll send you the access info.

Thanks so very much for the offer; I might take you up on it if we cannot find a resolution shortly. The reason that ours works better than what's out there is because the ISY in the lab has many modifications to the code.

I routinely get errors where a query returns a can't communicate with a device. I have 31 devices and average one or two errors every query.I do another query and it communicates fine. could it be that this is causing a glitch which is causing the lockup?

No! We found the source of the lockup and we are currently testing it.
