How can I program this switch to come on at a certain time and go off at a certain time with the isy994i? When I look at the switch in the isy994i it shows multiple lines and I can't even figure out which line is for x amount of minutes.

Define an ISY Scene, add the desired KeypadLinc Timer button to the Scene as a Responder. For example, adding KeypadLinc Timer button B as a Responder equates to the 5 minute button.

 

Define an ISY Program that triggers a Program at the desired On time. The Program issues a Scene On from the Then Clause. The KeypadLinc Timer will turn Off when the time interval associated with the particular button expires.

 

Or the ISY Program can turn the KeypadLinc Timer On with a Direct command, Wait the desired amount of time and turn the KeypadLinc Timer Off.
