Is my ISY dead?

I went to add two devices to my ISY today and kept getting "cannot determine Insteon engine errors". Now The Elk panel doesn't show up at all. When I start up the admin console, I sometimes get that it started in safe mode. Tools>Diagnostics>PLM Info/Status yields "Authorization Failed".

 

It seems I have several issues

 

1. The Elk module disappeared

2. ISY can't communicate with the PLM (2413S)

3. Can't enroll new devices ( Probably because of issue #2)

The Elk display is back now, don't know why. But the arm/disarm buttons don't function. Would the PLM dying cause issues with the Elk module?

My PLM is now on it's way back to Smart Home. They'll be sending a replacement for my bad unit.

So I received a new PLM and now my ISY communicates fine. I do have one lingering issue though. I have the Elk module installed and while that works, the ARM STAY, ARM AWAY and DISARM buttons at the top of the Universal devices Administrative Console are not responsive. Those 3 buttons don't function. The Elk module seems to be fine in all other regards.
