paulinlapine Posted April 14, 2013 Share Posted April 14, 2013 I went to add two devices to my ISY today and kept getting "cannot determine Insteon engine errors". Now The Elk panel doesn't show up at all. When I start up the admin console, I sometimes get that it started in safe mode. Tools>Diagnostics>PLM Info/Status yields "Authorization Failed". It seems I have several issues 1. The Elk module disappeared 2. ISY can't communicate with the PLM (2413S) 3. paulinlapine Posted May 12, 2013 Author Share Posted May 12, 2013 So I received a new PLM and now my ISY communicates fine. I do have one lingering issue though. I have the Elk module installed and while that works, the ARM STAY, ARM AWAY and DISARM buttons at the top of the Universal devices Administrative Console are not responsive.
