I went through your site for the upgrade, but the site does not want to complete the transaction because it can not deliver to Canada. I was to send two emails to this problem, unanswered. How can I do to get my ISY-994IR. Thanks Steven

In short, we do need to be able to communicate via email since will have to send you an invoice. If you don't find anything in your junk email, please: 1.
